AND RETURN TO WORK PROTOCOLS

. Facilitate the obtainment of a medical diagnosis and appropriate therapeutic treatments and accelerate worker’s rehabilitation can effectively minimize the time loss and reduce costs associated with the claim.
. Assist in the worker’s rehabilitation.
. Develop personalized plans of return to work protocols.
. Monitor the medical and therapeutic evolution of the worker.
. Assist in the coordination and effort in return to work on a temporary assignment to minimize wasted time and reduce the cost of the claim for the employer.
. Identify, recommend and coordinate medical options, including: obtaining appointments and follow-ups; monitoring medical examinations, monitoring magnetic resonance interventions, completing medical forms.
. Our case manager shall submit the return to work plan on temporary assignment to the C.S.S.T. Then, he follows-up with the employer and worker regarding file progress. Where appropriate, changes are made along the way according to the evolution of the worker’s condition with the approval of his treating physician.
