ensures that the facts relating to the initial event meet the
requirements of the Act respecting industrial accidents and
occupational diseases (A.I.A.O.D.) and its regulations. |

If applicable, our manager with the assistance of our jurist
prepares a written submission/argument to the C.S.S.T. at the
admissibility stage. |

Monitoring is then undertaken with the admissibility agent
from the C.S.S.T. pending receipt of a decision on the worker's
claim. |

We discuss and analyze the decision with our client and
evaluate our options. |

If applicable, our manager sends a request for review to
the C.S.S.T. and with the help of our jurist, we prepare a
written submission for the Department of Administrative
Review (D.R.A.). |

Monitoring is then undertaken with the D.R.A. until receipt
of a decision. |

We discuss and analyze the decision with our client and
evaluate our options. |

If applicable, our manager sends a request for appeal of the
D.R.A. decision to the Commission on Occupational Injuries
(C.L.P.) and with the help of our jurist, we prepare the case to
be heard at a future hearing. |

Our manager will analyze all the evidence to argue in court:
C.S.S.T. files, possible witnesses, medical experts, appointed
physicians, jurisprudence, doctrine, case law, private
investigators where applicable. In support of our position, we
will prepare a book of authorities and doctrine (in 5 copies)
in relation to the facts of the alleged incident. In addition, a
summary of the case will be prepared to guide us in our
pleading. It is understood that the employer's representative
will accompany us during the hearing and testify if necessary. |
